Las Terrenas enjoys consistent winds year-round, typically ranging from 13 to 20 knots. However, it’s advisable to steer clear of October due to less favorable conditions.

IMPORTANT

 Other weather radars and forecasts may not accurately reflect conditions in Las Terrenas. Even if the radar doesn’t show wind, you can check our Holfuy station for real-time updates. If the sun is shining and the wind is blowing in the right direction, it’s kiteboarding time! We start kitesurfing sessions from 13 knots, or even less for kitefoilers and wingfoilers!
